Location was great for our trip to the Ark. The staff was very friendly. There was construction going on while we were there, so the pool was unavailable.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very nutritious. They had snacks, ice cream and drinks to purchase in the lobby.
The only issue was the shower was not draining on the first night. Come to find out, too much hair covered the drain that was located under the metal plate in the shower. Once removed, it drained good.

The proximity to where we want to go was very close
There is construction going on within the hotel and one of the reasons why I picked this hotel was because of the pool. The pool was under renovations and were told we could go across the road to the other hotel to use the pool.
