Not recommended.

The location was great. The location provided easy access to local restaurants.

The room needed to be painted badly. The pillows were horrible. One of the two beds wasn't made upon check-in. The back side of the door to the hotel room had paint peeled off it. The toilet was not level it rocked when you sat on it. The hot water took FOREVER to warm up. There were dogs barking numerous times INSIDE the hotel. Walls seemed to be paper thin, could hear noises throughout the night.

I did not like my stay!

Window was open with no screen. Since the temp was down the next morning, I turned the heat on. The smell was terrible. I spent some time in the bathroom with the hairdryer to heat some space. The Wi-fi was not working in my room; I complained with the response; We don't have Wi-Fi in the office area too!

Location is good, but there must be better places to stay in the area.

The staff was nice/friendly.

Upon arrival it took almost 30 minutes for the desk clerk to show up, several guests were waiting....and waiting. Entering the room, the toilet had been used and not flushed, two gobs of hair in the bathtub. The AC barely worked, had to turn it off and on to reset about every two hours. The metal frame for one of the beds was too big for the mattress (which was comfortable, btw) and stuck out about 6-8 inches just above ankle height, my wife cut her leg on it. Dogs barked incessantly when owners were allowed to leave them in the room alone. Internet connection was very weak. We cut our stay short by a night and day.

The location.

The rooms were smelly used soap left in shower and peeling paint on walls.

Very dissatisfied!

Not much!!

It was DIRTY!!! Had to wash off feet before getting in bed every time. Marijuana smell iiin the halls. Smelled like smoke on linens. Staff were rude. This is the first time I have ever left a review, that is how much I was dissatisfied.

Very pleasant, nice location close to The Ark & Creation Museum

Coffee was fresh and hot

Slight problem with A/C unit. Had to start fan before A/C would work. Once it cycled off, didn’t restart

definitely will not be staying again

location was good

smelled of marijuana en entire time. dogs barking in the rooms. doors not closing all the way. felt very uncomfortable with my family there. 4 people 2 towels. refrigerator not working. bed covers need to be trashed. I didn’t even dare sleep under them.

Will never go back to that hotel.

The front desk person was friendly and helpful when possible.

The lobby stunk. The room was totally unbearable. We had to take the cover off the mattress as it kept rolling into wrinkles and balls and did not attach to the mattress. The room smelled so bad that we had to go to walmart and get a candle, fabreeze and some plug ins just to tolerate. It was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in.

The location.

The room was poor quality. The comforter had dog hair all over it. I DID NOT STAY IN THE ROOM. I DROVE BACK HOME AND LOST $82 I PAID FOR THE ROOM. MONEY SHOULD BE REFUNDABLE IF THE ROOM IS NASTY. GOOD DAY.

very unprofessional

good location

unprofessional staff, non employees behind the counter, very loud so much so we left after a couple hours and the check in lady, manager and their friends were smoking pot right outside the front door. I was sick the rest of the night as I’m allergic to marijuana.

When we arrived it was very late, we were extremely exhausted driving all day long. We were originally scheduled to stay

the only positive was that the bed was clean

Facility was filthy! Bugs climbing on ceiling in middle of the night. Filth & grunge in corners on the floor out into room. Bathroom vanity covered in something sticky. The only way you could really see it (because the vanity was white) was back up and look at an angle. Very sticky & gummy. Everything in room very dusty. Floor hadn’t been vacuumed. Mirror in bathroom smeared. Was told when checked in that we wouldn’t have maid service. Even the hallways weren’t vacuumed.

We’d stay again

Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Room needed a lot of work. Such as paint, bathroom door needs fixed didn’t shut all the way. Found a few tiny ants on the nightstand.

It’s a fair place to sleep. 2 queen size bed.

I like how its near places where to eat and a short drive to the Ark Encounter.

My feet are itchy walking on the carpet floor. The room is so hot too when we entered and we have to turn on the AC ourselves.

Beds were comfortable

Door had huge gap at top. Bed soreads were stained and one on the beds had a huge stain on the box spring. Definitely needs new paint.

Location was great for Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Also, we enjoyed a trip to Cincinnati, Ohio from this location.

Very noisy after 10:00 pm. It should be a curfew.
