I’m from the south and used to people being extremely friendly. While the check-in staff was OK, they could be a little friendlier.

No breakfast. Quiet hotel & location. 10 minute walk to Perkins Cove. Ogunquit shuttle bus stop out front. Some (all?) rooms have balconies. Covered parking is tight. Front desk was friendly and cheerful
