Convenience, Price
It could've been cleaner.
Tubs need recaulking, black mold/mildew easily seen.
My Aunt's room has a bar that isn't attached and the tub is clogged.
The place is dated and needs upgrades

Location was great. Close to gas and many food options. Lobby and halls were clean. Night staff was friendly and helpful.
The biggest issue with our stay was that the room door was not secure. The door lock was broken, and the screws holding the lock in place were loose and stripped, making it look as though the door had been kicked in at some point. Because of this, I never felt that the room was properly secured and had a difficult time falling asleep. Guest safety should be a top priority, and this is something that needs to be repaired before the room is rented to another guest.

He location was excellent
The hotel needed to be updated. The carpet in the hallway had been cut and had lumps in it, a safety hazard. The receptionist didn't want to give extra pillows. I expected more out of Baymont, but it didn't meet my expectations.
