The 3rd floor rental bedroom had a better view of the the hillside to the north than our previous 1st floor rental, and the view of the harbor and bay from the livingroom/kitchen was great. Fun walk along the harbor to Local Ocean a great seafood restaurant.
The only negative was probably Booking.com that sent us notice of cancellation due to double booking after the Landing has sent us confirmation. The Landing responded to a phone message to send a repeat confirmation notice very promptly. The weather was bette than the official forecast

Great location, great condo space, great price

The remodeled condominium is beautiful and the location is excellent. The underground parking is also easily accessed and a real bonus. We also loved the fireplace and the view.
The bedroom shades are inadequate and the single panel drapes on the two windows of the bedroom are terrible. Because of this, you simply cannot darken the bedroom at night. It is like trying to sleep in broad daylight. This would be an easy thing to fix, but the owners of this particular unit don't seem to care. Furthermore, although the kitchen is beautiful with great appliances, the flatware, dishes, and in particular the pots and pans and cooking utensils are terrible. If I owned this condominium, I would donate everything to Goodwill and purchase a new set of pots and pans, cooking utensils and dishware so that those who like to cook some meals during there stay can do so. It would also pay off in the long run since the guests wouldn't have to run the dishwasher after nearly every meal because of a shortage of dishes.
