Very clean and comfortable

The only negative was the washer - I could smell mildew. If you don’t clean these washers occasionally then they get an odor. I have one at home and you need to clean them periodically.

The staff was friendly at check in (Zay). My wife stated at breakfast, whoever (woman) was working in the kitchen was very helpful, as she wanted a banana, and the staff member went and grabbed a new bunch to put out. I did not get a waffle, but my wife did and she stated that they were already poured in cups by staff awaiting the next person. I can appreciate this although I did not make a waffle. She also stated that mutltiple options for toppings were available as well. As soon as I walked in the kitchen, someone was restocking the omelets, which I ate. I however did taste the waffle (apple spice?) it for someone who does not eat waffles, it was tasty. Cleanliness in the lobby was adequate. At checkout, the staff member was overwhelmed but managed his post well and provided a receipt for me.

The room, as soon as I walked in, I inspected the room. As soon as you round the corner towards the beds, if you look up high, there was a long cobweb hanging at least 10 inches long. I DID NOT remove it. It is probably still there (Room 329). Also, there was a cock roach in my room when I went to bed at night. I killed it and flushed it down the toilet. The next morning, there was a similar looking cock roach/beetle in my bathroom. The bathtub has black/gray stains on the bottom. a little bar keepers' friend and elbow grease can solve that. When I see the small things missed, then I can only imagine what else is being missed during a room changeover.
