Decent but run down. Great location and setting

Beds and pillows were very good. Great Bathroom mirror was lighted and heated. Breakfast was better than average.

Pool closed by health department Exercise room permanently closed and anondomed Lobby bar permanently closed Elevator neat up and constantly got stuck Outside tables not cleaned for days Bathroom vent fan sounded like a jet engine

We loved the new bathroom, early checkin and layout of King suite.

Don’t stay here complete scam charged my card more than expected

The property hotel was nice and my room was decent

they tried to charge my card even though I did not smoke in the room. They said I smoked on the property. Complete scam.

Don’t waste your time or money

it was only about a 10 minute drive to Deerfield a beach and close to Quiet Waters park

the pictures displayed are very deceiving. The room was very outdated. The tub and soap dish were filthy, there was a giant stain “ maybe mold” on the sofa bed mattress. The floor was not swept before we checked in. The toilet flushed very slow. There is no chairs on the balcony

Was there for family and would stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and it was central location. The rooms were very clean and smelled good.

The bench seats in the restaurant had big tares in the leather fabric.

Was nice friendly staff clean would definitely stay again

Location was great breakfast was good with a few surprises like corn beef hash the place is old tired with new renovations with some poor workmanship the pool area was lovely and the lake beside property was nice for walking over all enjoyed our stay

The poor workmanship with Reno like painting over tile edges cracks in tile grout

Our room was nice, a sitting room with separate bedroom. The view from our room of the swimming pool and fountain is beautiful. We had a nice breakfast. The location was close to where we needed to be

Although it was clean the hotel is dated. It ends to be revamped. The bed was old and very worn

Big and confortable room, good location and very central location suffficient parking at all times

Breakfast was excellent very complete and easy fot self service.

There was no hot water in the shower all three nights of stay.

Loved the later check out option for 12noon

A/C barely worked. We sweat all night. Found roaches in the room. Breakfast was unappetizing and you have to eat it in the dining area and are not allowed to take it back to your room, elevator was scary to ride in, and the pool and hot tub are only open from dawn to dusk so what good is that? The air conditioning alone made.me never want to return. The beds were rock hard and the pillows were like seat cushions... I asked for extra pillows and never got them.

the room was big and comfy and had all equipment needed for my stay. clean and tidy. breakfast was good enough. the hotel was close to the road and key shops around it.
