The staff was very friendly. The woman in charge of breakfast let us know she would make more of anything we wanted. She was so friendly.
My only complaint is that the bathroom was on the smaller side.

Convenient location, friendly staff
Missing lightbulbs in my room and they were locked up so the desk clerk couldn't replace them. The hallways were dirty and had an odor, no extra blanket or pillows in the room, the fitness center was dated and a bit run down, the hot items on the breakfast bar were cold, mold above the mirror in the bathroom. No elevator.
