Front desk are very helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, additional desk and chair was useful. The pool area is nice. WiFi is excellent. TV worked well. Beds are very comfortable - especially nice pillows. Plenty of drawers and storage in a big room.
Room was very dimly lit - needs more light or at least a lamp or two. For every "No Smoking" sign posted there was someone standing nearby smoking. Something more than just two bars of simple soap would be an upgrade. I'd rather shower in the dark than listen to that bathroom fan. Plenty of people double-parked and no-one cares. I parked in the street.

Check-in was great (slightly early was allowed), room was clean, bed was nice - love the big soft pillows. Big room overall. Extra desk in addition to small table for eating and a couch. A/C ran cold. All staff were friendly.
Parking situation is not great. Basic amenities. Dim room lighting. Noisy fan in bathroom. Parking and smoking are not even close to being followed which is hard if you're trying to do the right thing.

Comfortable quiet and good value
The floor was very very dirty. The dogs had a lot of poop that people did not pick up.
