I didn't like a single thing about this place There was not one single surface that was clean. Bed sheets were stained. I asked for a clean sheet and the front desk basically called me a liar!

I don't like to bash mom and pop hotels because they are trying to compete with chain hotels, but when the owners take care of the place like they were from a third world country and it is just "Good enough" then they get to have a bad review from me. As soon as you drive up, Office is closed and you have this tiny window outside of the property on the side you are speaking with the management (I am assuming they are doing that because of Covid). Ice machine outside with "out of order sign". Key cards they give you with the room number written on them with a sharpy, so don't loose your card :). First room we go in Toilet doesn't flush, I look inside the tank it is empty, check the valve no water coming out. Visited front office and they gave us another room. Second room, tryed to wash my hands and the water sprays all over you because it is clogged and now water is coming out from the side and you get all wet. We got in late and we were tired, just went to bad. Woke up next morning and on the floor to 2 dead roaches, one was still alive and trying to hold on to the last breath, obviously known problem and they were poisened and dying. Anyway if you are willing to put up with uncentary conditions, a place that has been maitained by a unprofessional, do it yourself individual then this place is for you. I will not go back there again and will pay the extra to go to more well known hotels. Wait this hotel was not that cheap, it was priced about the same as other known budget hotels, we made our reservations the day before so we didn't get a chance to pick other hotel. Excellent service and good value.

Unfortunately, the location suffers from significant traffic noise.

The room was comfortable and clean. Definitely more affordable than other CA locations. Staff was friendly and helpful.

An excellent place to stay the night in LB. Simple accommodation with clean room, big comfortable bed, not sticky floors. Very friendly staff.

Dodgy WiFi. Warned by my operating systems not to use, so didn't. Coffee maker but no cups (rectified).

Extremely dirty and outdated, bathroom was dirty, walls had stains, bathroom door didn’t close.

It was very dirty, the carpet was stained with mud, beer lids were lying on the floor. There was someone else's hair on the bed, we disdained going to bed. Toiletries only had poor quality soap. Walls, doors are dirty, especially near the toilet. We are allergic to animal hair, it began there, apparently before us there were guests with animals, this can be seen from the wool on the carpet and furniture. Very expensive for such a service.
