We enjoyed a few meals during our stay that were very good.
After checkout, I noticed a double charge for the room cost, plus a double charge for a $100 deposit. After several calls to the hotel, which provided the paid bill after checkout showing the correct room charge amount minus the extra $100 deposit. However, my online credit card statement showed two total room charges with the extra $100 on each total amount. I called Booking.com to report the error, but they needed to see the hotel bil. A call to my bank credit card Customer Service revealed the duplicate charge dated 9/2/2026 was removed. However, the other amount entered on 8/30/2026 when we checked in, with the extra $100 deposit added on to the room bill, is still showing on my VISA statement. I want the $100 refunded to my account. How can this be done?

Good location for the most part, friendly staff, loved the attached restaurant and the Starbucks inside.
Could be in a better spot, a little noisy and the parking lot flooded a bit but honestly that’s not a deal breaker here

I always have stayed here when I visited Minnesota and it’s just I went to relax in pool there was a bunch of kids unsupervised in there after 10pm 🤷🏽♀️ I asked for clean towels and never received any the whole stay so I went to Walmart and bought some 😤
