Liked my stay here a lot, and I'll definitely be back. Staff was very friendly, and offered me 2 bottles of free water at check-in and stored my luggage for several hours after so I could take the Lizzie Borden tour. Breakfast was better than most hotels, and had a lot of choices. The gym was HUGE and very well-equipped with different types of equipment. The pool.... was a little weird, but it was enjoyable. Comfortable room, slept well.
There was oddly no coffee or coffeemaker in my room, which is strange. I never reported it to staff because when I travel alone, I just don't like staff coming into the room unless it's an emergency. The TV signal wasn't great (I stream movies on my laptop anyway, and the Wi-Fi was excellent), and the pool was very creepy at night. No lights are on in the space, and the only light is the light coming from the gym on the 2nd floor, which overlooks the pool. In the daytime, it was lovely. It was also a touch too chilly for a "heated" pool (other guests in the pool agreed). But these are VERY minor things!

Plenty of free parking. Very clean throughout. Great front desk staff.
Free breakfast was okay but not great. Coffee comes from two vending machines that take too long to deliver s simple cup of coffee. Seems unreasonable during busy breakfast time. Otherwise, a great location.

Location
Front desk staff both morning and night didn’t answer room calls . We also heard this from others in our group of 15 rooms. I called twice from my cell to hotel and sadly both times they answered hello. Period. No training and definitely no supervision. Bathtub was white with black chips showing in tub. Ceiling paint was peeling and bath towels were small rough and very worn.
