Comfortable room , shame about the eating options.

Quiet Pleasant environment Great space in the room Comfortable beds

Only take out available from the restaurant. Very disappointing. The ‘Free drinks’ was such a disrespectful experience. The bar person was dismissive. You had to line up in a special place rather than just presenting the coupon at the bar. The drink was served in a plastic container rather than a real glass. This left one wondering why bother with this so called bonus.

I enjoyed visiting Greenville.

Location was good.

Air conditioning in our room never cooled down the room. Extra charges added to my bill. Charging guest for parking is ridiculous.

I’d recommend this hotel to any family or friend

The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning and Cafe 670 was reasonably priced and food delicious. The staff was super friendly and every morning you did not even have to move to put away your dishes, there was a staff member there to take it away

For some strange reason, even with the thermostat off our room was a little warm, not unbearable but slightly uncomfortable

It was alright, house keeping will try to charge you for no reason so beware.

would of been nice if the food was hot unable to put request since the line was so long so i settled on what was already out and it was alright my spouse enjoyed it i didn't eat as much as i could of

Cold food, did not care for house keeping as they tried to charge me 350 to clean the room i had already pretty much cleaned for them

Stay was very comfortable and relaxing, convenient location near the places I wanted to go.

Breakfast was great, it was hot and the buffet was kept up with food that fresh as well.

Was alot teens and younger kids around after hours being unsupervised.

Gorgeous inside and out!

I loved everything about my stay. I truly enjoy a place where I can relax and have a sense of peace. From the time I checked in to the room and the food and bar. Everyone and everything was perfect I will be letting my clients know about this if they ever pass through Greenville.

My stay was short due to handling business, but I will return. Bookings messed up my form of pay but after contacting them the hotel got it straightened out. They were absolutely professional and it was not their fault Bookings messed up. Awesome Customer Service.

Unsanitary conditions with insects/roaches in my hotel suite.

Good breakfast.

There was insects/roaches in my hotel suite shower. I reported the issue to the front desk associate, since the manager didn't come in until later today. The associate informed me that the hotel wasn't able to refund my stay because it was booked through Booking.com and that I should contact them for my full refund. The issue still has not been resolved. If I'm paying for a "premium suite", I expect premium standards, not unsanitary conditions and lack of minimal standards of cleanliness.

Nice place to stay

It was good and fresh. Good variety of food. Temperature of food was good.

Better selection of jelly. Different fried potatoes. 2 cooks for special orders. Kids running up and down hallways all day until late night.

Great stay in Greenville!

The breakfast was great and had a variety of options which my kids loved. They loved that soda was also available for an after breakfast treat (Dr Pepper). We liked that check out wasn’t until noon so the kids had plenty of time to swim after breakfast. Would definitely stay here again! Great hotel!

I am very pleased with my stay at Embassy Suites in Greenville, SC.

I enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful and quiet. The staff was helpful and very informative. The young man who helped me check in assured me and made me feel safe by NOT verbally informing me of my room number. Instead, he insisted that I would find my room number inside the envelope of the room key. The next morning, the attendant at the front desk was very polite and friendly as she helped me adjust a late check out on my room. All in all, I appreciate the service, the pleasant environment and the employees who took their time to make sure I enjoyed my stay.
