Clean, comfortable, felt safe , easy to get from parking lot to room and to restaurant

We enjoy the location and the hotel.

The selection was good.

The restaurant food was not very good but we knew you had no control over that.

Breakfast served on disposable dishes and with plastic cutlery, cousing tons of wastes.

Super comfortable, great location, good staff and amenities.

On site restaurant with good food. Nice salt water pool. Beautiful courtyard that all rooms open onto. Lovely lobby. Much to like here!

Shower dispensers did not work very well. Hard to get any shampoo or conditioner from them.

very good location for everything we wanted to do. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast again staff was very attentive to everyone needs

No gym on site had to go to Gold’s gym

Jacuzzi was not working and front desk wasn’t very friendly.

Exceptional

I did not have the breakfast. I liked that it was nice and clean.

The only issue we had was that the maid walked in our room, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door.

room was clean. Amenities worked well.

We are both mobility-impaired. The room was difficult to get to; the pavement is in need of repair. The free breakfast is a joke.

nice room, breakfast not really worth and cost.

The room was ready and clean early. It was an easy check in. and a great location for main street food, shops and the Mall.

The breakfast was hard to locate. The first morning my mother in law went down and could not find anything beyond coffee and dry cereal. The people there were not helpful, nor friendly. They were more interest in chatting than helping. I went down the following morning and was able to locate the breakfast items only because I saw an open door almost around the corner from the coffee. There was no signage that it was a breakfast bar, I went and looked in the door because I saw people standing in the doorway. The people that day were friendly.

Very good

It was a quality facility. The room was very nice and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, three different options for each day.

Housekeeping had issues. Towels and coffee stuff were a real issue. The room had towels for one person so I had to head to the lobby to get more towels. The coffee stuff was missing the creamers. The next day they didnt replace our towels so I had to go get some. The coffee stuff was missing regular coffee. The second day I had to go get more towels. The front desk told that we had a Do Not Disturb tag on the door. Both days we took the tag off when we left the room around 11-12. I guess they dont check after that.
