Wasn't very clean. Not the best safety feeling. Website said breakfast was provided, but it was not

as soon as we walked into our room several roaches scattered. the room smelled like cigarettes although it was a non smoking room. wanted to take a shower but there were roaches in the tub. the bed had human hair in the sheets, and the bathroom toilet would not flush so my husband had to lift the porcelain and fix it internally.

nothing. first off I peed on myself trying to register even after I told the lady I couldn’t hold my pee but she insisted that I sign and pay first and was telling me how I couldn’t use the restroom until I fill out the forms and pay so I ended up peeing every where in front of my 4 year old son. this was very embarrassing!!!!! how could you staff stop someone from peeing !!! that’s just not right !

everything the water was dirty shower curtain dingy just overall nasty

Didn't stay prepaid and when I arrived I was informed that it didn't go through so I paid at the hotel. Then this happened. Room was clean but shower had brown water coming out of faucet and hair coming up out of drain. I was taken to next room by front desk clerk who informed me they had worked on the pipes so i had to use the shower as is which I refused. My payment was refunded to but upon checking my account I noticed that I had been charged twice and the clerk refused to make corrections and I was charged twice for a room that I never used. What I liked? Nothing.

Dirty water and hair coming coming out of drain, unprofessional staff and charged twice for a room never used and refused to make corrections.
