The location compared to where I was going was ideal. I went for a concert in tinley park and the location was right down the street from the venue.
The people that worked there felt sketchy. I woke in the morning to see a prayer circle in the parking lot Comprised of all the staff members. When I went down for breakfast, it looked more like a homeless convention.

Everything was fine. Price and location were great for what we needed. The front desk staff could be a little more welcoming and perhaps offer a smile. Same with the cleaning staff that were rude when I was trying to use the elevator and kept going on and off instead of letting me leave. Not a smile, not any acknowledgement whatsoever.
The staff were indifferent.

Did not care for the bad attitude of the desk clerk. Spiders in the room me and my husband got bitten in several areas.
The luggage cart couldn’t be found and the location was too far from our event.
