Clean, roomy, good value for price
The location is in one of the old industrial area of Modesto. This could be a put off for some. Breakfast is limited. Hot beverages, juice, bagels, muffins, boiled eggs and oatmeal.

The front staff was amazing, very helpful!
I’m way not familiar with Modesto and the location was a bit of a shock. Not the most desirable area. Also, rooms were missing all the amenities like shampoos, soaps, etc. Empty bottles for these were left on the bathroom counter.
