My stay was great. Good bargain for good services. If you want a 5 star stay, pay for a 5 star stay. This is good, clean, reasonable habitation from very nice people at bargain prices.
I went in with my eyes open that this is not the Hilton. It is, again, good well priced habitation. It could have been more spiffy, but I did not pay for spiffy.

The owners were very nice and accomodating, and my room was great, with a beachfront view! I would stay there again!

That we weren't required to purchase a multiple night stay because of the special event in town that weekend
That the check-in staff at first refused to accept a credit card for deposit and wanted CASH. $50 cash refundable when checking out. We balked at this request, and they eventually let us stay without any deposit.
