It was a hot day...the air conditioner didn't work.
The air conditioner working so we could get a good rest. That's why we pay more to stay at a Holiday Inn Express. They are usually very comfortable. We were driving from AZ to WI and need a good sleep each night.

Jojo at the front desk was great. She helped me get a good deal on food delivered to the hotel, and helped me make coffee while I waited for my order to be delivered.
Difficulty in getting to the hotel due to all the construction going on around it. Also, try to avoid having the elevator shut down at 8:30 in the morning when people are trying to check out with their luggage.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean.
It was HOT. The pool was like a sauna, we had to open the windows and it was 103 degrees outside. The room had a thermostat but wouldn’t turn down and the ac by the window hardly blows. The whole hotel was hot. It was awful trying to sleep. I can’t imagine how maintenance & cleaning crew do their jobs.
