Breakfast was good, Ramona was great, pleasant, helpful, interactive with guests.
I had to ask for some additional cleaning after we arrived. The toilet had not been cleaned on the outside, base and there was hair along the edges of the bathroom floor. It was addressed the same day I told the hotel about it.

The ladies at the front desk are amazing and breakfast is always perfect.
The rooms smell awful. The rugs are outdated and the rooms could use hard wood flooring. Suite availability for two queens is also almost never available and it would be nice to have that option.
