The Breakfast area was newly renovated, very accessible, well stocked and easy to navigate without having to find a staff person to help us (noteworthy for elderly travelers). Staff at front desk were very helpful, courteous and friendly!
More luggage carts would be helpful. However, we do realize some patrons hang on to luggage carts when they get to their rooms. Perhaps staff could find a way to better monitor where the carts go and when they are returned.
