The room was spacious, except the bathroom. I quite enjoyed the recliner in the living room and the beds were decently comfortable. The few staff members we encountered were friendly.
The bathroom was extremely tight and the room wreaked like an ashtray even though it was non smoking.

They were able to get us into a first floor room as there was no elevator. One of our party cannot climb stairs.
I liked everything.

This hotel was a nice surprise! While the exterior appears to be a little bit tired, the rooms have been recently re-done and were very nice: Clean, bright, and comfortable. Definitely will stay again when we are in Rochester.

Good location, staff very accommodating and helpful.
Breakfast was ok.
We didn't notice until early morning that we didn't have a shower curtain. The table lamps have outlets, but they don't fit plugs well so barely work. The bathroom fan banged very loudly so my early shower woke my partner. We have been coming here once a month for almost two years and have seen a slow decline in furnishings (wear).
