Very large rooms, nice amenities, good location.
Room was in need of repair - obvious roof leaks,badly flaking paint and stains on ceiling. Also, noisy on the weekend - room parties/socials.

Loved having a kitchenette and a separate bedroom! Location was great for us.
The sofa seemed dirty. We wouldn't use it. A cleanable surface would be much better. Bedroom needs more surfaces to put luggage and things on (off the floor), like a table or desk.
