The greeting when I walked through the door set the tone for my stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Also breakfast was amazing the ladies did a great job throughout my stay. And I love I thought that this is the first Best Western Plus I've seen in and y'all had a custom-made waffle iron with the BW in the middle shape of a heart was everything!
They also provided each guest in their rooms earplugs due to the hotel is by the freeway which was very nice of them to do.
The only issue I had was that my key card didn't work when the doors were closed at night time to enter the hallway for ice. That was probably a key card glitch, but I did have access throughout the day to get ice.
