It’s nothing fancy at all, normal cheap old hotel

It was close to where I was working, front desk clerk was friendly.

Was there for 3 nights, no room service at all. Never got any fresh towels or anything, Water stains and holes in the ceiling tiles, bathroom lights burnt out, room ceiling was noticeably dirty.

great location and very nice staff

The guest rooms really need a facelift. The carpet was old and stained and the room just didn't feel "fresh". I couldn't get the heat to shut off, so I finally unplugged the wall unit. The bed was not very comfortable. It was clean so not a knock on house keeping, but the rooms are next to the civic center so I'm sure they have a lot of guests. They need to be renovated. I spent three nights in hotels last week and each room was around $150. This was the worst room by far.

Passable

Breakfast had variety of options but overall taste could have been better. Location is main appeal.

Beds weren’t very comfortable. Hotel needs some work.

Will stay there again.

The breakfast was fine. All staff was very friendly. Our room and hallways were clean.

Did not feel comfortable walking outside after dark.

The southwest, friendly and helpful. They let us check in early, which is always appreciated

Basic accommodations- nothing exceptional.

The breakfast was sparse.

We were originally placed in a room that had obviously been smoked in. The front desk staff moved us but took a while as she was working alone.

It was quiet.

Needed a deep clean. Walls, lampshade, plugs etc all were dirty. At checkout there was no staff at front desk, just a sign that they would be back shortly.

It’s very dated with old fixtures and old decor. The Royce was crazy high for the quality.

Nice and comfortable place for a pit stop.

Staffs were polite and helpful. Nice place for a stop over. facilities and room was exactly as described. They had good selection for breakfast - healthy choices were there. They had a cold water dispenser near the entrance , super nice of them.

it was in a great area , the staff were wonderful and the main areas were spotless , as well as the breakfast area. but I was staying in a pet friendly room and the room smelled of dog pee and the floor was sticky . breakfast was so so . but staff were very helpful and attentive

The room smelled like cigarettes. The HVAC system was loud. The hallways were dark. The swimming pool was closed and the temperature was in the 90’s.
