I was given an ADD room that was very large with a separate sitting/work area. Very large bathroom. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was quiet, as requested. Two TVs in the room. Ample handicap parking in the well-lit parking area. Check-in was a breeze with very pleasant front desk clerk. I also received a nice warm walnut chocolate chip cookie at check-in. I had one of the best night's sleep in quite a while.
There was not anything to dislike about the Double Tree. Excellent from check in to check out.

The customer service was nice.
They had bugs in my restroom the tv channels was barley working and when I told them about the bugs they came with bug spray Instead of trying to give me a new room
