The front desk staff was exceptional, especially the assistant manager (did not get her name). She even remembered that we went to an event while here and asked us how it was! The beds themselves were very comfortable and rooms were clean.
The noise level from the highway kept me up at night. My head kept sinking into the pillows and I woke up with bad neck and back pains.

Very clean (though it smelled like cleaning supplies/bleach in public spaces)
The smell in public spaces and elevator smelled like tobacco smoke.
