The management provided excellent service and accommodated my booking mistake. They were freindly

Newly remodeled and comfortable room. The bedding was clean and made my nights sleep great. Location is ok and convenient.

The hotel is near the train tracks. I heard one go be in the late eve. Not terribly noisy but don’t be surprised. The convenience of being right down town also leads to morning traffic noise. It’s Grants Pass after all, not a huge city, so it’s not bad. Just k ow that you’re going to hear it in the morning.

Decent stay overall.

Convenient location as it's right in the center of everything. There's a Safeway within walking distance with a Starbucks inside. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Not enough pillows on the bed, we only had three flat standard-sized pillows to prop us up to watch the movie I downloaded on my laptop. You can also clearly hear the people outside walking by your room.

Good overnight stay on the road on a long auto trip.

Well-kept building and facilities. Cleanliness of the linen a trowels furnished. Receptionist was friendly and helpful when asked about suggestions for nearby restaurants.

Great little spot to stop off for the night if you’ve been traveling the west coast like we were! Plenty of places to ea

Property js quiet and well kept.

I thought I read free breakfast and when I asked, that wasn’t the case. even some bagels/cereal cups would be awesome. something easy to grab n go so we won’t have to make extra stop in the morning and spend more money.

Pleasant experience.

This was my second stay and, as it was the first time, the manager and check-in experience were pleasant. The room was neat and clean. The room amenities were fine, and the location was perfect for my purposes, with easy access. I will definitely stay there again.

My one suggestion is that they replace the desk chair with one with adjustable height, as the one in the room is far too short for the desk. And as the desk is the only surface upon which to eat, it was awkward and uncomfortable.

A friendly, comfortable place to stay. Conveniently located and priced well.

Very friendly customer service that really went above and beyond finding me a quiet room since i sleep during the day. Also, having shutters rather than blinds made the room nice and dark. The bathroom and shower were very nice and the bed was comfortable. The location is great being right across the street from Safeway when you need snacks.

The television was difficult to hook up my Xbox to since it was so close to the wall. That's really it, small nitpick.

Room was excellent, very clean and comfortable, Very good location, easy to walk to whatever you need (restaurants, grocery store, bank, post office, etc)

some noise from the train and road, but didn't really bother us much.

Really good

Very good. Nice place for a stop. Safeway and starbucks across the street. Has nice fridge and microwave. Bed was comfy. Linens new and towels new. You can tell they work hard to maintain and keep place updated. Great value and great.place

A unbeatable value with large clean rooms, great location, and friendly staff.

Rooms were large and clean and mostly updated. The location was perfect (across the street from a large grocery store with Starbucks and a block from downtown restaurants and bars). The owner was friendly and accommodating.

The shower was a little dated, but for this price, I was blown away by the cleanliness and size of the room.

We will definitely stay at Knights Inn when we come back.

Gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and had fun personality. The room was comfortable. The air conditioner worked great...it was very, very hot while we were visiting.

Inadvertently logged into a deficient wifi portal and it was awful. Realized too late that another portal was available and after logging in achieved good connectivity. Staff should highlight which portal to use in the future

Excellent value!

Owner was friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious compared to other inexpensive hotel rooms. AC was turned on in advance so we walked into a very nicely cooled accommodation.

Shower flow was weak. Otherwise all was good.

Good price and lovely staff

Well done, clean and modern budget motel. Staff was gracious and helpful. The continental breakfast was helpful for getting an early start to the Redwoods.

Tight parking. Strongly scented cleaners were used.
