The staff was incredible. The front desk people were helpful and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the lady who does breakfast with the long, beautiful white hair.
The bed was a little hard for my taste. However, that's more of a personal preference. It was a little hard to find the entrance with the one way street and having to enter in the back.

Location was very easy to get to.
It was advertised as each room having beautiful view. But my room had no view at all.
