Awesome location. Comfy bed. Balcony so you could open the slider and get fresh air.
Tiny room with loud AC that blew directly on the bed (making it freezing). Turning off the AC made it too hot. Parking fees for a basic lot anyone can access.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful- they really listened to us and answered to all our needs
Locationwas just perfect- just a step to everything we needed- the bike rental also in the same building- just super! Even if located on a croudy / main street the room was quiet and with a nice view!

Location was perfect next to Venice beach
Room was pretty dated, as soon as you turned on the AC there was a strange smell coming. Luckily I could open the window. I informed the facility, they offered to change the room and I declined since the smell was most probably coming from the central unit.
I found hair in the bathroom which was definitely not mine.
Oh and they changed their parking rates to 38 usd instead of 30 advertised on their message and only gave me the 30 usd after I complained.
