The room was clean. Mini-frig and small microwave were added conveniences. Appreciated having not only a desk but also an extra chair and small table (besides bedside tables).
Lighting was weak - especially noticable in the bathroom.
I-5 is close and there are fast food options and a giant Walmart within walking distance -- conveniences, but also brings a good deal of traffic noise.

Location, clean, friendly staff, good shower.
Obvious signs of spackle and work in progress/interrupted work in progress on bathroom walls. Bathroom looked like it needed a great deal of correction and finish work and repainting.
