Location to central Falmouth and also to the ferry to take you to Martha's Vineyeard was great and the rooms very really nice inside. The amentities were good as well.
The outside of the Hotel doesnt do justice to the rooms as they have been updated really nicely but the outside doesnt reflect that. The twin beds in the room were quite small and it woudl be nicer if they were a queen not a double.

Better coffee pot and coffee was not edible Grass area and outdoor sitting aria needed TLC Cut grass Clean pool a couple comfortable chairs

It was clean and close to many stores
The proprietor didn’t even know we were booked in. Door to registration was locked and parking lot was blocked off.
