A surprise $60 deposit for non smoking room. The desk attendant was quite evasive…almost forceful

The location was convenient for us. Newer toilet fixture.
It is pretty old and the pictures online show a newer and nicer room. There was a dead roach on the floor when we walked in. There wasn’t any hand soap. A lot of things were falling apart such as shower head, tv remote, and hand bar in tub was replaced with pvc. I would not stay here again with my family.
