nice enough upgrades, but a all the little traveler conveniences have been taken away - a place to put all luggage besid

thumbs up: new flooring, new paint, new bedding.

thumbs down: only one luggage rack for 2 guests, no closet or place to hang clothing, jackets, etc., no place to put luggage or bags except on the floor, no place to hang towels. new blinds do not fit window and let in light from the new flood light that is lighting the parking area all night - need curtains. also, old property management used to provide rags for use for odd needs, those are gone and should be brought back.

Basic motel priced to high for what it was.

Easy stop as I was traveling through. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. I did appreciate the flooring vs carpet as I feel like a carpet can never be cleaned enough. They did try to update an old motel with a more modern look. There were a couple pillow options to let me choose which worked best for me.

The shower was clogged and filled within 30 seconds of my shower starting. The floors were dirty and I had to clean my feet before bed despite having just taken a shower that evening. The bedside lamp wouldn't turn on. Floor boards were broken and I had to be careful when walking with bare feet. Door had to be dead-bolted from the inside to latch. Luckily I only planned to stay for the night and didn't leave my room.

Great value and comfortable for overnite stay.

Front desk guy is cool, the property isn't fancy but the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I wasn't given any towels but I bring my own so no biggie.

Clean Room At A Great Price

The room was clean, but the bathroom seemed tired. It was close to Mesa Verde and restaurants. The staff was friendly. If you're use to a 5-star hotel, then this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a place to stay with a friendly staff, clean rooms and a low price, then this is it.

Bathroom was a bit tired. The bathroom window was cracked. There were band-aids over the crack. Not sure if they were there to secure the crack or some lazy customer couldn't put them in the trash. Either way, the band-aids should be removed and, perhaps, the window replaced or, at least, transparent tape placed over the crack.

charming, but modest motel, with nice owners and great service.

very friendly staff. nice, clean, remodeled rooms. historic motel with character. convenient location.

very tight parking lot. A/C unit was hard to get a consistent temperature. curtains were too long, and wouldn’t stay closed all the way when the A/C unit was running.

They were clean and cheap, don't expect the Hilton.

We thought it was great. Nothing fancy, but very clean and up for an over-night excursion.

The gentlemen checking me in was on the phone the whole time and only pointed where to sign, etc. and handed keys over. Looked like he was talking about business expansion, but didn't have the time of day to talk with me. Broken window in bathroom, that had tape and LITERALLY a few band-aids over it. Phone in bathroom and cord reaching on the toilet paper roll was a bit off-putting.

THE ROOM WAS ENOUGH FOR MY NEEDS, IT WAS CLEAN AND ROOMY, CLOSE TO MY DESTINATION AND ALL STORES AND CONVIENENCES, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL.

The room smelled. Someone left a used bar oh soap with hair all over it and half a bottle of shampoo in the shower. A used hand soap and hand towel was on the sink. The renovation workmanship was not precise and you could see they had just shoddily covered up an old dive hotel that should have had new wood etc to get the disgusting smell out. I will never stay there again. it did not feel secure at all.
