Comfy and clean, nice pool and on-site laundry

Adequate for the price.

The staff was polite and friendly.

Cleanliness could have been improved. Cobwebs in the corner. The phone didn’t work. It wasn’t dreadful, just needed to be improved. I’d probably stay elsewhere next time.

We will be back very soon!

We have been staying here for the last 3+ years both on vacation and work. The owners are very nice and remember my wife so we always get the same room. Very comfortable and the hot tub is great after a long ride.

The room was dirty, the bathroom full of bugs (even in the plastig bag with the hotel room notes attached to the dopr), the receptionists were similar to that place. nothing more to say but the 6.7 points are too good for this place. do not go here. I layed pn the bed for 30 minutes after a long driving and i started feeling itchy. plus, no water in the bathroom’s sink.

I can’t rate it zero but I would if I could. the bed had bed bugs (see photo) and when I asked to get another room they told us they wouldn’t give it to us because cit “now you are the problem and I don’t want you to spread it to another room”. even if that wasn’t enough, the guy at the reception was extremely rude. we had to change hotel in the middle of the night.

It was dirty and the people running it were very rude. I’m a very easy person to please with a hotel room.

Not as advertised.

Not clean, the heater/AC smelled like they have never cleaned the filter, it smelled like cigarette smoke which is weird because they have a no cigarette policy. The towels were crusty and the walls were dirty (hair and dust). I didn't mind too much about this but you could hear the neighbors.

Not a good selection of breakfast food

No heat in room. Brrr. Outdated & very old coffee pot in room that didn’t have lid. Poor lighting in room.
