When I needed additional assistance, the manager was able to unlock the deadbolt from the outside, then the door, and "rescued" me.

Air conditioner worked good and was not too loud'
Ice bucket did NOT have a lid so ice melted fast. The front desk person smelled like he had not bathed in a week.
Front desk person was hard to understand (foreign accent, rolled his words). TV did not have a program of stations.

I didn't have breakfast. Would be nice to have coffee pot and some cups for water. Never saw an ice container. Nice staff, like the room updates felt safe.
