Employees are awesome, allowed me to check in early conveniently because the room was already perfectly ready clean and ready
I am disabled, I forgot to mention that so thats on me. But was assigned a 2nd floor room and there is no elevator.

The receptionist was great, she knew we were just checking in after a long day and we wanted to use the hot tub, but it was closing in 5 mins but she let us go in regardless and told the overnight person to let us stay in longer.
Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were very dirty.

The rooms had a smell to them. No jets running on the pool and couldn’t turn the jets on the hot tub. It differently showed its age. Their were lot of people that stayed there.
