They took my deposit and told us we had to leave because my boyfriend had the door open sitting in a chair at the door smoking … since we booked a non smoking room and we had kids with us.. police came and even said the room did not smell like smoke but the lady at the front desk said since he was we had to go.. nothing but idiots work there .. never going back

I couldn’t sleep during the day time due to construction in the hotel. I had to move two different times because the tv weren’t working.

I liked that I could pay a holding deposit by cash and if was refunded to me on departure. None of this hold on my Creditcard business and then having to check that it got released.

Decent room for 1 night, but the price was still higher than it should have been for what you get.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean. I liked the touch mirror with the light in it and all of the easily accessible outlets for plugging things in.

The hotel was clearly old, and a lot of that showed through even with the renovations. The walls were very thin and we could hear the people next door very well, which made it difficult to sleep. The water pressure was terrible in the shower and it was impossible to get a decent temperature. It was either scalding hot, or freezing cold.

We had a pleasant stay. Also, Rachel customer service was above and beyond. I will return again.

Our stay was a pleasant stay. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, we enjoyed the view of the pool.

It was big rooms very nice they seemed to have upgraded the rooms with little minor discrepancies. The towel rack wasn't secured and the sink came out the wall. Other than that everything else was good with the rooms.

One of the staff members tried to steal from me and be spiteful when I reported the dishonesty.

Attitude adjustment/Tone adjustment from a staff

Nice upgraded rooms that need minor fix. Unfortunate, though that I was out of toilet paper for 5 days had to use tissue in the box. It was a nice stay.

One of the staff members that seem to have an attitude not very pleasing customer service or even tried to accommodate me although I went almost the whole week I was there without toilet paper.

The place was run down and not visually appealing at all. The room numbers were written in marker on blue painters tape on the doors. The staff was unfamiliar with the area and didn’t understand English very well.
