Clean and comfortable room and beds.
Microwave and fridge should be standard in each room, not an extra on the pocket. Breakfast is simple, no hot breakfast!

I was very happy with the hotel. My room was very clean as was the lobby, and the front desk people were nice. I was happy to be able to get up and have something to eat prior to leaving. There are not many food choices but for the price of the room I was not expecting a gourmet buffet.

The room was mostly clean, good amount of towels, and the beds were comfy.
Under the toilet seat wasn't clean (pee left under the seat). No shower fan, so most of the mixtures were rusty. The breakfast didn't have any eggs, sausage, etc just lots of carbs. Waffles, bread, bagels, and a few old looking apples.
