The woman at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. The view from the rooms are pleasant and the pillows were delightful.

The walls were thicker than I anticipated so we were able to sleep peacefully and also take comfort in knowing nobody was being kept up by our child.
Our room was a nonsmoking room but we had a burn hole in our blanket… We came into the room to trash on the floor around the beds and funky stains on the pillow and sheets. I was also charged $28 for checking in two hours early (even though the sign literally says $5/hr every hour early).
