Consistently good service and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and for the price, everything is premium.
No complaints.

Breakfast was ok vary typical hotel set up. Location was good for the family was visiting. Pool was a little chilly for me but the kids loved it. We received an upgrade at check in so the room was much nicer then I was expecting. Every thing was comfortable.
If you had a cheap room I would have gone with that one and breakfast could have been better but overall great value for what we got. The room a staff where great

The staff were all so very kind and helpful. The suite we stayed in had two queen beds and a separate living room with sofa couch. All of it was great and a full sized fridge and freezer was excellent for our needs. We did not use the stove top or dishwasher but thought that would be useful for people with a longer stay. Microwave was great too.
The mold along the rim of the bathtub is my only complaint. It wasn’t the full length of the bathtub but having any makes me worry what else isn’t cleaned fully. Even though the rest of the room looked spotless that was disappointing. There is no working exhaust fan in the bathroom which could probably solve an ongoing mold issue but I imagine hoteliers would know this.

Staff was friendly and easy to answer questions.
Beds were harder than I would expect. Breakfast was not warm.
