Stayed here on my wedding night and the night after. Very happy couple

Decent.

Breakfast was good. They had good amount of options.

Service. Lady serving the breakfast was not friendly it all. She stopped adding food at 9:20 even though they advertise breakfast until 10am. She was asked a couple times about different items, she said they were no more. She Started cleaning and putting things inside at 9:30. There was a lot of people at 9:30 am still looking for anything and everything was out. People did asked her for items, she said that they were out.

Old decor, room and bathroom old . Was clean but not up to expectations for room charges. Oh ya just a simple breakfast!

It was nice!

The location was perfect for what we were there for, and the parking was easy to access.

The breakfast was good, but there was a lot of waste! It was weird to have biscuits with NO gravy. Instead they had a crock pot filled with Oatmeal next to the biscuits. We watched so many people put spoonful's of oatmeal on their biscuits, only to get to the table and realize it was not sausage gravy. Then they threw away their whole plate and started over. It was a lot of wasted food, and when we suggested to the lady in charge that she move one or the other in order to stop the confusion - she said that corporate said she had to do it that way. You really need to rethink your breakfast choices or layout.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel and super clean.

We enjoyed the breakfast, many options to choose from. Bridget at the front desk was fantastic!

Our room was very hot when we arrived. It took several hours for the air conditioning to do its magic and cool the room. The pool area was very hot.

Relaxing and quiet

Such a nice hotel. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. We were right by the pool so I thought it would be noisy but it wasn't at all.

I liked it a lot; people were very friendly. I felt safe and secure at all times.

Location was convenient to Winona Lake.

Small matter, but the hot water for tea wasn't hot for long -- it was only lukewarm halfway through the breakfast time

Hight recommend this hotel

That staff was very helpful and the rooms so clean. They had a smell of being clean and fresh. No dirt, mold or peeling paint to be found. Very impressed. Breakfast very good and the attendant very nice and did his best to meet everyone's needs and was so nice

Nothing to dislike that the hotel could control. People loud in halls and a crying child but even that was tolerable

Great experience. Would return!

We asked to use the conference room for a pizza party and the front desk staff allowed us to do so with no hesitation. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The bacon wasn’t crispy, only ate one piece and threw the other two pieces away. The rest was fine!

Stay was very good.

Breakfast was good. Could have had a little better variety of fruit but I'm more of a vegetarian than most people. All that was available was a few apples. I had oatmeal with raisins and added some raspberry yogurt. Good location with easy access to everything I needed.

Don't like that the pool and hot tub closes at night. I don't feel that hurts a thing for this to stay open 24 hours. I kept checking and there were several people in the hot tub until it closed at 11:00. I then tried to get in the hot tub the next morning but the doors stayed locked until I had to leave at 8:30 am. Never did get to use either the pool or the tub.

Didn't like that furnace/ air conditioner fan wouldn't stay on continuously

We were charged an extra fee that we shouldn't have been. Room was ok, but didn't think it should cost that much for what it was.

I have no idea. As stated above, someone else made this booking using my address.

Somebody else created a booking using my email address. Neither Booking.com nor the hotel answered my emails advising them of this fact. The lack of an email verification process brings into question whether Booking.com has any concern for security or privacy.

Too expensive for location

Carbs carbs and more carbs. How unbelievable in this day and age!

Very expensive for what you get. The shower barely works, more water sprays from the tub spigot than the shower head. This should have been reported to maintenance by housekeeping and fixed way before it became so bad.
