Convenience
They ran out of coffee in breakfast room and the coffee in the lobby was gross. They did make more.
Also just wish I'd been told at check-in they were trying to save energy and room may not get cleaned daily. It was ok but just wish I'd been told beforehand.

I appreciated being given a room on the main floor so I didn’t have to navigate any stairs and it was close to the breakfast room and the pool. Good breakfast choices, especially the waffle maker.
The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close and the pool was not very clean compared to previous stays here.
Would have liked another blanket available. Would have liked a couple of non coffee hot drink options like hot cider packets or hot chocolate packets.
