Comfortable bedroom. I enjoyed overlooking the lake and being able to sit on the restaurant terrace next to it. Staff are lovely and helpful.

Not having a kettle to make tea; I think this might be an American health and safety thing, as it’s not unique to this hotel. Bring your own 😅 I had to go to the restaurant for hot water.

Beautiful property with lots of elegant scenery. Our balcony over looked the pool and the lake/park below Loved the all day access to the pool & gym. Ice machine was near by. Comfy bed, blackout curtains and a quiet atmosphere made for a great nights sleep.

Location-the room was a little smaller but the balcony was nice to have open for fresh air

The overwhelming perfume to”mask” the damp smell throughout the hotel. Updated carpet in the common walkways would help the smell. Parking was atrocious. They booked a huge event (well over 150 people) during a fully booked weekend, leaving guests to use VIP (great guys btw). Room service, nice attendant-Food was MID AT BEST, prepackaged sliced turkey and soggy sourdough bread.
