VERY basic accommodation, not worth the money

It was at least relatively quiet; but no better than a Motel 6.

What "breakfast"? There is no breakfast, contrary to the false statement on the website "breakfast included". There was instead what they call "Grab and Go" snack sitting at one end of the front desk. This consisted of: small prepackaged muffins; bananas and apples; granola bars; and small packets of instant oatmeal. (See photo). There was no coffee, juice, or any other beverage. Keycard didn't work. Had to get a replacement. The front desk does not often have staff. You have to get on a phone on the wall nearby and wait for someone to answer, and tell them what you want. The toilet/shower area is tiny. If you are a plus size person you will have a problem squeezing through the door in order to use the toilet. Cold drink machine was out of order. Booking.com should issue a refund.

Clean, comfortable bed, pillow variety good enough, good water pressure, good location, convenient being next door to Starbucks.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted it to be.

The location is perfect. The professional state of the lodging is fine.

I’ve traveled a lot and have met A LOT of Hospitality Staff~ the ones I was able to meet at this location was amazing! T

The entire vibe was SUPER CHILL! from walking UP TO the lobby to driving off the property. The two beautiful souls working the front desk when we arrived (Late check in due to renaissance festival) greeted us truly better than our own blood! Most importantly, the beds and pillows were on point (for us)!!!!! It was an amazing nights sleep! Since we arrived after sun down, the scenery was a bit hard to see but was simply gorgeous! I can go on and on but if you want a recommendation for the Globe Arizona area… this is your location!

the only thing that was challenging for us, was the heater. it was a little loud for us. But if you’re a sound sleeper, then no problem because it WORKS WELL!

Breakfast was grab and go. I prefer a hot breakfast.

it’s was about a c to b minus grade

the bed was comfortable and lots of tv channels

the breakfast was cheap and depleted and no one up from to advise me where laundry was in the morning.

original rooms were not ready as we went to our rooms but room cleaners were very helpful in getting us other rooms and got us new keys to our room that was helpful they went beyond I feel

don’t waiste your money like I did

nothing at all !!

everything advertised was not true place smelled like curry all the beds were stained dirty folded towel in bathroom dirty room breakfast was a total joke waste of money

I didn't like the leaking ceiling or the grab and go breakfast . They didn't stock up the coffee in the morning or empty the garbage make the bed give us new coffee packets remove the trash when I stayed the second day and the breakfast was just granola bars apple and banana.

I was charged 3x for my stay and while they will correct the problem it locks $500.00 from being used for a week plus. I find this totally unacceptable

Was really convenient- comfortable and lots of parking

it was easy to find. There was plenty of parking- the staff was very kind and accommodating- we will recommend it to others. Thank you for your services

The room and facility was clean and tidy and staff was pleasant.

I am very sensitive to chemicals and this is one of the very few lodging places that I had absolutely no problem with the chemical odors from cleaning or deodorizing products. That is a big positive for me. I would definitely stay here again.

I was expecting a little more of the breakfast they offered
