Would definitely stay here again!

Relatively new facility. Very clean. Staff very professional and friendly. Room very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Hot water in the shower and multiple towel sets. Good breakfast. Easy location to find. Would stay here again.

Liked everything. No complaints. Very clean facility.

Superb

Really loved the staff, location, and cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were massive and allowed plenty of space for our family of 4 to enjoy the vacation! Would definitely recommend or stay again!

The pillows were pretty awful. My daughter and I did not sleep well with them and would have preferred stiffer pillows.

Would have liked to have stayed a little longer.

Very nice bathroom that actually had exhaust fans! Comfortable bed! Breakfast was included and had a pretty good variety. Loved the oatmeal and all the toppings!

Very nice hotel, with lots of amenities and a very central location.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed in our room. A small fridge, microwave, iron and board, and a hair dryer. There were plenty of outlets to charge our devices, and we loved the large tv.

We stayed 3 nights and the downside I saw was, unless your requested, your room was not cleaned.... And no one told us that. So the second day when we came back, no clean towels, the trash had not been emptied. So I went down to the front desk, they told me. This should be disclosed when you check in.

i was charged for a room that i wanted to cancel over one month ago but was unable to. Horrible business practices . Will be sure to get the word out that Booking. com is very undesirable.

It was a great stay with a comfy room, polite staff, and an excellent complimentary breakfast.

The staff, the breakfast, and the room was ready except that it had one less towel than what we reserved it (for 4 people). We had to make an extra trip to the lobby, but everything else was great.

The back door (to the pool) was broken. I am glad that there was a sign on the door to warn us though.

The helpful lady at check in...the housekeepers, the lady in the breakfast area, and the check out lady were all extremely cordial...that goes a long way with me

Some confusion on myh final bill...maybe this needs to be addressed by the"higher ups"

Friendly, helpful staff. Good location near restaurants, plus the inhouse breakfast was very good, with a wide selection. Room was very clean and comfortable. And the price was right. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location

The location was good. The rate was ok too. Fairfield's are usually good.

The remodel was good but fell short. The room curtains and shades were old and had holes. The room was clean but hallways needed cleaning.
