I like that breakfast was provided. I'm most pleased that each time I've stayed, they've been able to accommodate my ground floor necessity. Andre, a desk attendant, went above and beyond to assist the 3 of us who aren't spring chickens to get our luggage in and out of the hotel. Talk about courtesy and politeness, he was all of that. We will book there again soon.

The hotel is close to food & shopping. The staff was nice & friendly. Free coffee is always a plus.
The waffle maker was broken. There was a lot of condensation from the ac unit in our room. All of our clothing felt wet the next morning.

The outdoors is clean. Location is perfect. Breakfast area is nice. Food is good. No fruit. Some staff is friendly, others are not.
The first room we went in, the toilet tank cover was cracked. There was a roach in the middle of the room, dead. A small one climbing on the door and I killed it . We reported the findings and they gave us another room. The lamp bases and the bed frame base are rusted. The cups for coffee in the room are not provided once you use what the give you the first day. The beds are not made every day. One day the dirty towels were not picked, but we still had enough clean towels. We stayed for a week. Contemplated going some place else, but did not because we were meeting family members a few days later, and they were coming from overseas making things difficult to reschedule.
