Room, bed/pillows comfortable. Nice having microwave as well as a real fridge/freezer vs mini bar style fridge. AC worked well in cooling room. Room seemed very clean.
Surprisingly walls seemed to not block noise well. Both nights a TV was on in the adjacent room all night disrupting sleep, and could very clearly hear tenant going about their business.
Would have been nice to have had coffee making machine, or at least coffee onsite, but options within a short walk for getting coffee so not a big deal.

The location was convenient and easy to access from the 101 freeway, and my request for double beds was honored. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated and we only needed the room for a one-night stay.
Booking.com lists this property as offering a price‑match guarantee, yet the manager refused to honor it when I asked. The difference was only $17, but I was still charged the higher amount. This is misleading advertising, and it reflects poorly on both the property and the platform. If a location will not uphold the policies it promotes, it should not be listed as offering them. Guests deserve transparency and accuracy, not empty promises.
