Die Lage des Hotels. Betten waren OK

Die Zimmer wurden wohl in den 70er das letzte Mal renoviert. Fenster im Erdgeschoss konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden.

I left after seeing the room

The photo gave the impression that this property was much nicer than it is. There is no elevator to the second floor and they were not able to accommodate my request for the first floor. In need of repairs and new bedspreads.

It was a great value

Clean. We couldn't stay for breakfast bc we had an early flight. It was very close to the airport and restaurants. Truly was good. Prior I was nervous bc of some of the reviews i read online - but everything very good. It was a great value.

One time experience

The hotel room was clean and the staff were kind.

The hotel location wasn’t adequate for a family. The room’s rug was wed, the room feels highly humid. We couldn’t sleep well, our son woke up with red ayes and running nose, some kind of allergy produced for the room’s humidity.

Location was great to get to the airport. Staff was friendly. Budget was good.

No breakfast offered in the morning. pillows were not good and the bed was just strange. Soft and a big lump in the middle

The location.

Rude staff, dirty, outdated, no bathtubs, dusty, and poorly maintained.

Very good

The room was clean, the staff was very nice, only coffee and tea available for breakfast, no wheel chair access to upstairs, had to drag my luggage up the stairs and I have a bad back. Was there for my mother who had major back surgery and was wheelchair bound so no elevator sucked.

No elevator to upstairs and no breakfast.

Not a place I'd recommend unless major changes are made

The toilet seat was not clean. There were stains on the pillow cases and when you flushed the toilet it made a loud unbearable noise. Not to mention they don't have a pool.

My room was on the end, next to the exit. I like that!

Lighting in the room needed to be brighter.

very convenient to airport. quiet. coffee maker in room. desk person very efficient and friendly.

this was my third stay and i noticed a decline since last year. (this all could be a result of the hurricane, though). toilet paper holder was half hanging off the wall. mattress was really uncomfortable (divots and lumps). wifi was practically non-existent. plug by bed wouldn't support charging block.

Pleasant

It was available.

We knew what we were getting into. Even if so, it continues to amaze me how bad and expensive US hotels are compare to hotels in other countries; even when they are part of the same chain.

Loved the walk in shower with light... perfect size room... clean

The bed was quite mushy and I sank in when laying down... the AC was loud
