When I booked online I asked for Non Smoking room. Staff put me in handicap room that smelled like ashtray. When I told her she found me a clean smelling room also on ground level. Easy to take luggage in w/stairs.
I didn't like the 1st smoky room. 2nd room was good and VERY QUIET. Breakfast was nice esp waffles and yogurt
