Eh- it was ok. We weren’t there much-

Comfortable beds. Spacious. Managers were great. Close to beach.

Dirty walls and window coverings. No extra paper towel,washcloth ,or towels in kitchen or bathroom. No hand soap in bathroom. Sliding patio doors poorly sliding/locking. Employee parking lot directly out window of neighboring hotel was noisy late at night and early AM.

Un très bon emplacement pour profiter de Key Biscayne

Le personnel d'accueil était très sympathique et disponible, merci!

Nous devions disposer d'un balcon et cela n'a pas été le cas. Il n'y avait pas non plus de micro-onde, mais nous nous sommes débrouillés avec l'équipement disponible.

It was OK.

location. The AC in the room was ducted and worked well making the space comfortable

The room is not a comfortable space. The room had the worst furniture I've ever seen in a hotel. The mattress was sagging. The couch was worn out and uncomfortable. The room could use more soft materials. It is very hard, lots of echo. It is all tile, no where to wipe the sand off your feet. Carpet in the bedrooms would be great. Some rugs and a good doormat would be an improvement

It was located in a nice area, the inside of the property was nice, the exterior needed some updating.

Condition. Some things needs updated. Elevator inspection was out of date.

It was nice. Beds were very comfy, Just needs some attn to detail.

We enjoyed the closeness to the beach, can't go wrong In the Key. The staff was helpful and fulfilled our needed immediately. It was a nice stay.

There were no extras, this is just the basics. Bed, AC, clean place. Ive stayed in A LOT of BnB's and such over the past couple years especially, the extras have diminished. Folks have gotten to where they just offer the bare essentials and call it good. No spices for cooking, not even S&P, no beach supplies for the kids, no extra pillows and blankets or towels that weren't worn and rough and tearing. For the cost, it was fine. We made do. Helpful hint: the extras folks take the time to put in place GO ALONG WAYS. Fresh flowers, basic essentials for kitchen and bath, nice fluffy towels with a wash cloth and hand towel....TP and paper towels offered without asking. Just paying attn to the small details

Affordable option on Key Biscayne, but you pretty much get what you pay for.

Location was fine, proximity to the beach was good. Size of the room was very good and kitchen facilities were very good. Cleanliness was decent. Room was fairly quiet most days. Balcony was fairly good. Air conditioner was effective.

There was no vent in the bathroom--had to keep the window open. The balcony were not separated by solid wall, so you see all of them. The pictures are deceptive, the place is quite old, and a bit run down, and smelled of mold or musky. No response from concierge when called. The key to the beach access is wrong, needed to cut through the Ritz to get to the beach. Bed is too soft. No hand towels or hand soap or washcloths, just 2 shower towels. they claimed to have a hot tub, but could not find.

Great location

Bruno and his team were really nice and friendly. It made our stay really enjoyable. The hotel is really well located, 5 min walk from a private beach. The hotel was really quiet and that is what we were looking for. We will definetly go back one day.

Spacious with great private beach access

The private beach access and spacious room. Good transport links. Nice staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Great air-con and pool.

The restaurants close by were quite posh and expensive so there wasn't much choice for fussy kids.

Clean airy and bright filled apartment right near the beach. Very clean and helpful staff.

The apartment was airy and light filled with double height ceilings. The apartment was very clean. Alex, the manager, is very friendly and answers any question you have quickly by phone or text.

The couch foam was worn out.

The location could not be better; that’s the only. really positive thing to say.

cleanliness; service was non-existent. They could provide a cup of coffee ! The futon bed could NOT be used for sleeping —it was even too uncomfortable to sit on (we camp outside; it’s not that we need an elegant , glamorous environment!)

Not a relaxing vacation when you have to stay in a place that is run down and falling apart !

The pictures on the website are misleading . The facility is run down and not maintained . It needs a complete remodeling and better upkeep . I will not return nor would I recommend . I left my beautiful clean home to stay in a place that felt dirty and visibly falling apart . Our arrival was also affected by the southwest debacle of flight cancelations and the facility would not even consider partially refunding some of our money due to the airline situation which was beyond our control .

The pool area is very nice (it is not heated, it was not critical during our stay in October, but it could be from November till March). You can reach them online very easily, you get a rapid response.

one night on beautiful key Biscayne. we walked to the beach and watched fireworks on the Fourth of July.

very close to the beach. pool was nice to have at the end of a hot summer day.
